I can't complain about the Columbia closing today

Today we had to settle for much smaller waters since the Columbia closed yesterday, but it turned out great any way.

With just awsome weather (except for some wind) and willing fish we put five in the box, with many other opportunities.

You know, it was one of those days, it turned out a five fish day, but it could have been limits if the fish were given a chance to just hook them selves. Let em eat! One of the fish we caught not only had a sand shrimp in it's throat but it had a pink prawn in it's belly too. This fish was a biter!

That can make a difference between an average day and a 10+ fish day. On the 10 fish days the people behind the rod don't miss/loose/whiff any.

But that's how it goes and it was a perfect day to be on the water.
