**800 Mile Springer Odyssey Results**
My buddy and I fished the Lower Columbia on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This was the first trip of the year for us, and my first fishing trip in 8 weeks (as we had our first child 8 weeks ago). Needless to say, I was ready to get out of town!!!! We landed 2 keepers on friday, got one and lost one on Saturday, and nothing for a half day on Sunday. All fish were caught on trolled herring with 3oz droppers. We had a great trip, the new boat worked great, and we can't wait to try again...not bad for a 800 mile round trip!!Thanks to fellow ifishers RapidRobert, Killertraylor, and llabwolg for giving an eastsider some current reports!!! Here's some pics, hopefully I can figure out how to post them.

Thanks guys! Tagster-How did ya get the pictures posted? I was lucky to be able to post the link....I'm kinda dumb ! BTW, the boat is a 20' Alumaweld Intruder, and I'm liking it more each time I use it.

Snit, I opened up the pics, then went into properties and copied the actual address of the pic, then pasted it into the "image" tab that is on the botom of the opened post in the "Instant UBB Code" box.
Good luck!

Re: **800 Mile Springer Odyssey Results**
Way to go, Kyle! We got skunked on Sunday with only 2 good take downs and got one 15 lb keeper yesterday and lost a nice one to a @#*&%$# sealion that appeared out of nowhere - we had no warning as it grabbed our fish within 5 seconds of being hooked! Got blown off the water around 2:00 and headed for the barn!
Hope you had a good drive back east, and nice pics!
Joe
