Default Gambled and lost

No, I'm not talking about the trip me and my wife went on last weekend to Las Vegas but that happened too (those one armed bandits!)

I'm talking about my trip down to the coast this morning.

I Gambled that I could fish this morning and beat the rising river level from the predicted storm, I lost.

The river held it's color, it was dirty but not too dirty to catch from, but it was on the rise. It came up two to two and a half feet today while we fished. Fish had lock jaw, not a touch.

On my way home all the feeder creeks were already running clear so maybe sometime in the next few days it will be fishin again. It will depend on what rain we get from this next storm.

Monday will probably be hot
