Default Detroit report

Took my son and one of his friends to Detroit this morning. He lost one. It was very slow. The water is cold, the fish are inactive. I knew this going there, but that's where he wanted to go. It will be awhile before it really starts to turn on there. I did see a lot of people on the dam, and a few boats around the island, but I would be surprised if they did very well.

Thanks for the update.

Were you boating or banking it? If you were out of a boat, how did the launch look?

This time of year we have done really well around the island but I do have a hard time getting consitency. One day may be a 40 fish day and the next I can't buy a bite. I was going to head up there Saturday but hit Hagg instead. Sounds like I made the right choice but I am really craving some kokanee so I may have to give it a try this weekend.
