Default A humbling week-this weeks totals

I didn't have a very good week. I started out fishing Monday on the Clackamas, it sucked. Thousands of fish and we hooked but lost three. Very frustrating.

Then is was Tillamook Bay for three days. First day not a bite, second day was much better with a 27 and a 40 in the boat (see pictures on last post) then today was another bust with a broken down motor that kept us out of the ocean, limiting our coverage to the upper bay.

The first two days we fished out of Garibaldi and spent our time near the jetties and out in the ocean. Of course the bite was on in the upper bay. Then today, after some very good reports from yesterday on the upper bay, we put in there and saw a few but not many. The bite came on in the ocean but we couldn't make it there on ccount of big motor problems.

I guess I got spoiled in Astoria and getting skunked these few times is just a humbling experience, especialy with fishing this good in Tillamook.
