Default Stainless or Brass?

The drifter is now dark green (don't look at the bottom yet 'cause it's still blue) and the white oak is varnished up to a nice shade of honey. I've already bought all my hardware in stainless but I'm wondering if brass would look better. Opinions?

I dunno.

Do you like your fish to look chrome or bronze? do you want your boat to look stainless or brass?

I agree, brass would look more antiqueish/traditional, but is it more maintenence (tarnishing?)? Let us see a pic when you get done!
