Default Vancouver Islands

myself and soon to be wife have a time share and were thinking about taking a trip up to the Islands. I can get there and have all of the accomidations that I need. I just need to know where to fish and when the best time is to go. Most likely will be banking it unless I have a boat by then. Winter Steelhead are the most appelaing, however salmon would work too. ANyone ever fish on the islands? I would appreciate the advice.

Thanks

I've fished on Vancouver Island for steelhead. I've gone in February but the best time for natives is in March. January is the season for hatchery fish.

Lots of rivers to fish, shoot me an email and I'll get you a phone number for a tackle shop up there.
