Default Sharkskin Help

A friend of mine is looking for that sharkskin product to put on his boat to proteect it. There were some threads about it awhile back. Anyone know about this product or where it can be purchased? Thanks in Advance. [img]graemlins/1zhelp.gif[/img]

Yes, it's called sharkhide. Do a google search on it and it will show up. I had to order mine direct, but there may be dealers in the area that I don't know about.

Try this one.

Search for the Sharkhide web site.

I got mine at Sharkhide marine sales in Idaho Falls

Waiting till I have the boat shine just a little better before I cover it.

I have it on hand along with Flitz. I'm finding the Flitz isn't what I was told and am looking for an easier way to polish my Hewes before I apply the Sharkhide.

I was wondering if you can apply this stuff over polished aluminum? All the litature references clean metal and I would think that polished aluminum pores must be filled with whatever compound you use?? Anyone apply this stuff to polished aluminum with luck?

You could also do a here on ifish.

There are 17 topics in the 2003 archives. HERE is one topic that talks about application.
