Being new to this I have always wanted to cure my own eggs, while surfing the pages I found the story that Jennie did on Scott Amerman. To us rookies these stories are a great help,it opens up new doors and lets us learn from some highly skilled proffcionals? I just wanted to say thanks and let you know I for one enojoy, learn and appreciate all of you taking your time to teach us!!
