Kyle you could do it the old fashioned way. Every fill up write down the hours and gallons used. You'll get a good idea how much fuel she uses. Besides once the new-ness wears off you won't feel the need to run so hard. I know the first couple of months I was around 8 to 10 gal/hr.

I feel the need, the need for speed!

Default Fuel flow meter for SportJet

Ok, this has been brought up before, but I'm too lazy to hit "Search"

Is this a pretty simple DIY thing? Really need to do it...or just stay out of WOT

TR- They are easy to install. Cut into the rubber fuel line from the tank to the pump and put the sensor in (mounted to a bulkhead). An inline fuel filter ahead of the sensor is a good idea (prevents any dirt from blocking the sensor). You should double clamp all fuel lines. If you need new line to run to where the sensor is mounted make sure it's CG approved for use below decks (spendy stuff- $3 a foot I think).
Drill a hole in the dash for the gauge, run wires from sensor to gauge unit, run power wire. If you get one of the fancy ones that give you MPG you need to interface to your gps (you get GPH without the GPS and have to do the math yourself).

They are well worth the bucks. I'm a Floscan fan but lotsa folks have been putting in the Navman or Standard Horizon for less bucks, $150 when you can get a deal I believe. Floscan is higher quality gear but will run about 250 (These are for single gas motors/ no return line.
