Default Hood River water levels?
Will be camping on a sandy beach hopefully somewhere near the bridge across the Columbia- is anyone familiar with Columbia water level fluctuations around there. Are they severe or negligible?(don't want to wake up floating or have a beached boat if possible!) Thanks, Jim
