Default Water Temp

After being on the river for 2+ hours this morning I remembered I had a thermometer and found the water temp to be 36deg. I should have checked it when we arrived and gone home still warm.

What are your prefered temp's for winter Steelhead fishing ?

Default Re: Water Temp

Don't worry about preferred water temp so much as adjusting to the temp. Eggs never get me much when the temp is down, hardware does.
