*** down?

Anybody else experience *** system's being down? I just got back from Bi-mart ready to fork over my $136.50 (Sportspac and shellfish license) and the system was down, the guy behind the counter said it was down for the whole month of january last year???

I tried last night and It was down. I tried again this afternoon still down. It may be affected by power outages in Salem. Maybe we'll get to fish for frre the first couple of weeks again this year.
