G Loomis Factory Ice Fishing Rod

Do any of you Loomis gurus know if they have a factory made ice rod? If not in the USA how about Canada?

I know a place in Minnesota that builds custom ice rods. I'm sure they can put one together for you. do a search on Thorne Bros in Minnesota.

I have seen the rods from Thorne Brothers and they are fantastic. The Sweetheart rods are awesome.

The reason I am questioning the factory Loomis rods is that I saw one and I just want to confirm that it was a factory rod and not a custom rod being passed on as a factory rod.

I have never heard of Loomis making a factory ice rod. Are they new?

I know there are some folks on Ifish that know everything about Loomis...

they use factory blanks from st criox, sage and loomis.

Former loomis employee here. Been almost 10 years since they made them, but yes they did.
