It took almost 2 years, but finally made it
I have learned and shared more here than anywhere in my life. I have met and fished with some pretty outstanding individuals and a Special thanks to Drachir
To mention just a few, 2003 started the year fishing with Hogmaster, Reedick and Redbull. Had an exciting (to say the least

) time fishing with Sturgeon Tom. Did my first drift trips with ifishers. Even did a trip on the sticks myself. Can't forget to mention the steelhead challenge last January with Team Hampsters of Death with Tannner and Zaq.
Fished with other members of the carrot crew too, fishnxtc and bignbright (same day as the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster). 5-Cents promises to complete the carrot card with a springer trip this year (I already have a sample of the milk  )
Chillybones and TunaBreath are always good for a laugh. AndyCoho was kind enough to allow me to borrow his smelt net until I was able to get my own (which I then loaned out to another ifisher). Started the year learning to pour my own lead and finishing the year learning to handpour softbaits thanks to rebell and softplastic.
When many fathers are losing the battle to stay a part of their teenage kids lives, ifish has been a common ground with my sons. Ifish has helped me keep them interested in fishing and outdoor activities. It is funny when I sneak a peak into their room and rather than playing video games their surfing ifish.
I hope 2004 will be as good or better (maybe I'll actually catch a steelie) and I hope to meet and fish with more of ifishers.
Let me just say THANK YOU to Jennie and all other ifishers. You are a special community. It is an incredible ride. Here is to the next 500 posts
Jennie,
Just curious, out of 6000 members, what percentage make it to this milestone?
