Alwayze fishin... I'm sure if you put them up to offer an ifisher would be verry happy to meet you and do those eggs some justice...I would even take the lengthy trip from longview rather than see them meet the demise as stated above.

It sounds like he is just trying to get something or someone else to bite his line.

Yep, that's what I always do - clean 'em up, drain the excess liquid out of them, roll 'em out nice and straight, then throw 'em in the disposal. Sure makes sense to me.... but somehow I feel something pulling at my leg.

Oh man, if one of the cats ate 8 skeins of eggs.....might find a cat in the garbage disposal
I do like them red steelhead eggs. If ever in need of giving a bunch away. Make sure you get a hold of Fshklr, give them to him. Thats really a good idea...even for me (if ya know what I'm sayin).

Perhaps a better question would be, How did you end up with 4 hens worth of eggs, all at one time?

With just a little salt you would have some very nice caviar. The traditional stuff is from sturgeon but salmon and steelhead eggs make very good caviar. Seperate the eggs from the skein add salt and it's ready.
