Default Blind squirrel handed acorns

Once again the steelhead challenged Catch and Eat would have starved had it not been for the graciousness of his fishing pals. Floated from Mills to Sollie yesterday with my friend Greg who invited me to fish with guide Brad Vanderzanden.

Pretty slow at first but then it turned on and we were limited by 10:30am. Brad hooked the first one and handed it to Greg. Then Greg became the man hooking up the next three fish. Two fish were on two casts. Pretty good for a guy that only fishes 4 or 5 times a year total. Great to fish with you guys Sunday. Brad, enjoyed the day with you too. You're a kick to fish with.

ANyways, I continued my steelhead woes and still stink at steelhead. Now, I move on to the clackamas after the 10th to try to find that illusive first steelhead of winter 2004.
