Default Cabin fever is over (report)

Still bright fish to be had in SW Washington. buddy and I fished a lower columbia tributary for 3 hours and hooked 2 chromers. One on a pink jig and one on a little cleo spoon, Also heard good reports from other anglers.. It's ain't over yet get out there...

Rob are you talking steelhead? Jan 10th seems early to be talking about it being "over yet". Heck some rivers haven't even started yet. :tongue:

Salmonator you need to re-read the post he said the fishing is getting good in sw washington and to get out there and fish.

Fishfearme, my mistake. I thought I saw him mention that it ain't over yet, and I thought it odd to hear that this early in January. I'll pay closer attention in the future. Besides that there was a little underlying broodstock humour I thought might get a rise out of Rob all in fun of course... :smile:

bug flicker my friend and i were in a white Subaru

Also this particular stream is known for fishing well in November, December so mid january is getting close to the end in terms of the hatchery run ( typically) but there appeared to be plenty still around
