Default raw eggs

stupid question, i'm sure, but can a person buy uncured eggs anywhere to cure themselves? my hubby likes his own cure about the best, but if you don't get a hen, no eggs!! thanx!!

Hopefully someone here can help you this time of year. Normally the time to get good "raw" eggs is during the fall salmon season. There may be some who disagree, but I would strongly advise against buying raw eggs that have been frozen.

I agree Don't waste time and money buying frozen raw eggs. I would set you up but no fresh eggs here. Unfortunatley I and most others cure them same day or just after. I have been at some fish cleaning stations and have seen people give eggs away. Good luck. I know about having your special cure.

Tipping the scales at 27lbs there. The tally over two days went over 40lbs.
