Default Anchor advise for toon

Any advise on how heavy a pyramid anchor one should have on a 9' pontoon. Want to hold it - not sink it !!! Thanks for the help.

Of course it depends on what kind of current you are anchoring in, but a 12 lb pyramid should be about right.

Have a SHARP knife handy in case your anchor hangs on the bottom and the rope jams. A stationary raft's bouyancy can be quickly overcome by moving water.
