Can you pull my anchor (above Warrior Rock)?

I know chances are slim, but I have a light boat and only 25hp. Maybe someone with more gusto can break it loose? Got it stuck Saturday in front of Marker number 6 above Warrior Rock about a mile. I had enough line to tie the end to the ladder in case someone cares to give it a pull. The rope is tied to maybe the 3rd or 4th rung above the water(black and white rope)300ft. of line, a small Columbia River Anchor, puller, and buoy. I live in Portland, near 82nd & Halsey- would drive anywhere to retrieve it. Heeeeeeellllppp!!!!!
