Default Hit MC mouth today - pretty dead

My two sons and I hit the channel mouth today at low tide and stayed through high tide. We were trolling green spinners, green and rainbow prawn spinners, blue dot alvin, k14 and k15 baitwrapped - nothin! We got to Fred's parking lot at about 10am and there were 4 trailers there. Not many more boats out. I think we counted 20 at the peak. Talked to one guy who talked to another guy who got one. Anybody have any better luck? The water was 60 deg when we put in and 61.3 when we were heading back. Seems kindof warm. Well, we'll try shad tomorrow.

GearUp,

I worked the late shift same area...no joy through high tide so you didn't miss anything.

Sounds like you guys hit'em with everything in the arsenal.

I was using prawn spinners...think I'll switch to wobblers and spinners...pretend it's summer.

Fish are there according to the dam count.

Brion,

Yah - we marked fish all day long. Some real nice arches.
