And Grasshopper had our boat floor Rhino-lined wherever there is no diamond plate. I think that will be one tough surface.

Looks good to me! I've often thought about why more people don't do this. Seems as though it would save wear and tear on the boat from the anchor being "heeved" over and back again.

This sping I plan on Line-X-ing in the front of our NR. I notice some of the new models are using Diamond Plate here, which would be nice, put it too will scare, plus it weighs more.

I am thinking of replacing the carpet with Rhino or Linex in my fiberglass Seaswirl. I am tired of the carpet snagging hooks ,holding water and dirt that needs vacumed. I emailed the Rhino to ask them about it and the factory rep called me. He said it will work with a good prep job. Wire wheel off the old adhesive, most of it is off already. He said call a dealer to get a quote but I want to save $$ and do it my self.

Anybody out there have experiencee putting it in their tuperware boat?

I've had both of my boats coated one the inside with hot spray liners.

First boat was a 20' open sled and i loved it.
Second was my 18' open sled and it is great too.

Do your homework and make sure they prep the Aluminum properly. It needs to be etched and primed to stick properly.

Here is a pic of the first boat. This stuff is Arma coating and it was a good product, but not cheap. $1600 for the inside of the boat

here is a better picture

Default Pick up bed liner on the boat...

After 8 years and countless times the anchor went out and back into the boat, there was more touch up than original paint up front. The rest of the paint looks great so I did not want a repaint.

I decided to try the liner that gets sprayed into pick up beds. The twist was to save a bunch of $$$ and purchse a gallon for $75.00 and mask, sand and put it on with a roller at home. I also put it in most of the area up front on the inside.

Not like a new paint job but turned out good and a lot tougher than paint. I think I may use it in other areas of the boat that need touch up from time to time.

Email if you would like more details.
S.G.

Merry Christmas Bill!!

You know I have my bow lined with Rhino Lining. It really is the best stuff for the open bow area.

Thanks for the feedback Paco! I am going to try the roller and making sure as always prep is the most important part. After all the Rhino Rep said the product is chemically compatible with fiberglass.
It reminds me once I applied Vulchem with a roller and troweled it out on a deck of an old wooden boat. Worked well for years but now the boast is long gone,
