Pre-Gator derby Jan 1st

Don't forget the Pre-Gator derby starting at Fred�s at 8am then check in at 3pm.
Ill be in a white Arema floating in the channel IFISH stickers on the wing windows.

Just got off the phone with Fred's marina there store and fuel pumps will be closed January 1st. But there aware of us coming for the derby, Normal prices $5 to launch and #3.50 to park a car.
Hoping I might be able to talk then in too opening there store for a couple hours for the 8am start.

Who's going to be able to make it? Your thoughts?

We will be out there, but were not launching from freds. We will either be launching at the 39th street boat ramp, or Cathedral Park. See you out there! P.S. We will be in the Green Thunderjet with the Ifish stickers on the windows and Pickles on the back.

Right on Looks like Jennie is going to give me some hats and stickers to give away. If you can't launch from Fred's it's fine just meet back at Fred's for the weight in at 3pm.

By the way, I was out at KP today... quite a few Ifishers out there. Man was it slow today no hook ups untill almost 2:00. Only saw 2 others all morning....SLOWWWWWWW

I can't afford to. They are nearly 10 dollars a piece for me to buy. I simply can't afford that right now. I'm terribly sorry, and I'm not sure how you thought my e mail implied that.

I will be glad to give you some decals, however.
They aren't so expensive. :smile:

How bout I donate one hat? I'm having trouble enough trying to find prizes for the contests that I run! :smile:

I'm heading out the first, second, and the third.

I'm not doing the 'sturgeon derby' thing, though. It's a I JUST CAN'T WAIT ANY LONGER fishing trip, trip, trip....cuz I'm bored, bored, bored.... [img]graemlins/1zhelp.gif[/img]

Team Cast and Blast will be honing their skills, however, so look out, Sucker Lips!

Ow it's not going to be that big of a deal really.. Just thought it would be a nice thing to do for the first of the year...

I'm going to head to the coast Tuesday/Wednesday to pick up a couple I-Fish hats I'm purchasing from Jennie.. Jennie Im sorry I miss understood your email. But it's all corrected now.

Come on people it's the first of the year. Do I need to move the start time to say noon

I think I'm going to sit this one out. We've been catching a TON of fish and have had the river to ourselves. I'm not too excited about having to fish with the rest of the world. Got spoiled I guess.

I'll be there, 8:00 sharp. Been planning on it for a while. Went out yesterday (28th) we hooked
a dozen in about 3 or 4 hours. Lots of soft bites.just great to be fishing and being in the boat. :grin:

I plan on gator fishing the 1st, at least. Launching from Scappose Bay Marina. Freds launch leaves alot to be desired...Other launchs in that neighborhood are nicer and FREE.

We're planning on being out on the 1st. Don't know that we'll be in the derby, just out trying to catch some fish!!!! We fished for 4 hours yesterday and caught 15 with one really nice keeper.
