Was the meat white or slightly pink and please be honest. Please post a responce after you have tried eating some of it.
I am guilty of keeping these fish myself becase they look so bright,but it has always been the same. They all have been of poor eating quality. Very little oil, similar to a toule.

I'll speak for hankstr, I was there. It was beautiful chinook orange meat! I remember this day well. I took hankstr, and he showed me how to do it  , with his first fish. I, well, that day I had four bobber downs, does that count? :blush: hankstr had four bobber downs and landed this one. This was one day I was skunked last fall. Hooks were sharp, hookset great, no fishes on for me that day.

The steaks we cut from the fish were awesome especially with my mom's butter and garlic sauce over them mmm mmm :grin:   [img]graemlins/applause.gif[/img] chock one up for mom!!!

hankstr - I didn't upload it. You had already gotten through the hard part. I looked at the "X's" in your post. You have an extra "http://" in the path. I got rid of that and voila'.
You were very close though. Go back and "right-click" on your missing image. "Left-click" on the properties at the bottom of the menu. It will show the extra text in it.
