Default WDFW/WT Settlement
Settlement in lawsuits over hatchery salmon

In spite of WT's supporters claiming some sort of victory over WDFW, it looks like all WT wound up with is some cash, a duplication of the public review process, and the timeline for HGMP's completion, which would have had to be done regardless of the suit.
