Default Santa's presents in Clack

Heading to carver this morning. Santa said he left my present in that stretch of water. He recommended I call some friends to help me look for it. So, I called Tuna Breath and my other buddy Big John to give me some help. So, that is what I'll be doing today. If you see a Green Sea Dory around the Carver area stop by and say hello. I'm not sure how hard this present will be to find and might need additional help.

Thanks,

Driving over the Carver bridge around 10 am i saw a boat netting a fish under the bridge. I think it was a green boat. Hope it was you Spacefish. Might give it a shot in the morning with my stepdad.

I was with the Space Cowboy today and couldn't have asked for a better day. Space caught a beautiful native that we released, and Big John caught a summer steelhead (my opinion) at Deep Creek...nice day, no rain, some fish, and good company. Captian Jack is a master and commander at the helm!!!!!!!

Tuna Breath summed it up. Although I would have to say that Santa left a few presents for others as well. I would have to say there was more than enough pressure on the water today. I guess about five to eight drift boats from barton to carver and six or seven sleds. The water was great not awesome but great. High and slightly off color. Saturday will be a great day to be there I'll bet.

For the Sandshrimp lovers out there you better have a good connection. Great American, Arco in Gladstone and the Carver Store all out today by 7:30am. Good news though. The Steelies also love Thill bobbers with a Pink Marabou Jig. Both fish, native and hatchery fish appear to like them.

Oh, I should say the native was about five to seven lbs. The hatchery was a Summer fish at ten to 12 lbs and caught at the mouth of deep creek.

If any of you ever get the chance to fish with Tuna Breath you'll find he's fun guy to spend the day with. Thanks Marty.
