Default Scappose Bay?

How's the fishing in the Big River down around Scappose Bay? A friend asked me to go down there tomorrow. It will be a nice change from Oregon City. I have Kwikfish ready. Are herring still working down there? How about prawns? I saw the one post this morning about the group that had 22 take downs. It was good to see that there were children involved. Nothing like getting a youngster into their first springer. I'd trade 10 fish for one fish for a kid.

It was slower today, we only got one fish and one other pound down... there were about 5 fish caught around us as well. Heard herring are working well in the lower channel.
