All I can say is wow ! :shocked:

The steak is alive and well on Xmas day...Today I fished 3 hours to start a new tradition...

Shared the water with"Danthefishman" and my son "Junior Hog Hunter."

What a spectacular day...White snow on the coast range and rods bending like no tomorrow...

All in all, in 3 hours, 9 hook up's. 3 Fish retained, 1 Nook released to spawn, and finally a beautiful Nate (See the Pic). What a day...

Shout out to Dan - Thanks for the memory...I will always remember the start of this first Xmas Day Tradition with you and my son... To my son, thank for this day, I will always have these pictures and I love you very much...

Wow, it looks more like government camp then HW6!

Are the road crews keeping up with the winter conditions? The snow level is suppose to stay low for the next couple of days and I was planning on towing my boat to Tillamook via HW6.

Maybe I should do a Columbia river C&R sturgeon trip instead.

Congrats on the fish and the memories. I can't wait to start my own since my 19 month old son opened his chrismas presents for the first time(all on his own).

It was a little slow trecking over this morning but the roads were all clear when we came back across at Noon...

Grant, thanks for the kind words...Spooner & I have done allot of repair work since his 6 months over at the Oregon National Guard Youth Challenge...

It was awesome to here him say "Fish On" and to see him handle these fish...I am really proud of him to say the least...
