I fished the lower section this morning (limited time - had to work!) and got no hits and didn't see anything. Last weekend I did really good in the upper canyon on Friday and Saturday with eggs and white yarn. Went 5 for 6 with five landed, one got off, one I released, and two kept each day hen-buck and buck-buck. One of the Bucks looked good (not dark) but cut more fleshy than pink and another that was darker cut bad (grayish fleshy ick!!) I just couldn't believe these first fish could be that old. Good luck!! I may get out Saturday to try again.

I hear the trees and beach balls are running now. Might want to step up hook size a few notches for 'em.
