Across from Williamette Park - report
The Coast guard was laying cable at the green can and blocked off river traffic from the Selwood to Willy Park so I stayed close and marked alot of fish but no nibbles. Spent 2 1/2 hrs on the water. Water is green but not a whole lot of vis. Saw two fish taken for 15 boats. Fish are runnin' shallow. My buds at Swan Isle picked up 4 yesterday and 3 today. They are still comin'.
