Three Rivers is low and clear. There are a few scattered fish. Saw a few landed at the hatchery and hooked a couple myself but it was really slow.

Tucca looked good and I heard <didnt see myself> that some fish were landed.

My sons and I fished the big river and three rivers yesterday. No fish on the big river and my oldest hooked up with a nice steelhead below the 101 bridge. He started hooping and hollaring so much that my youngest son and I thought he fell into the river. Unfortunately, he lost the fish after a few seconds, which I attributed to so much excitement on his part. It was our second day of jig fishing and it works. I am totally amazed how I can fish water that I would have not fished before when using coventional drift techniques.

We plan on fishing the big river again this weekend when the water starts dropping.
