Clack. Steelies are finally here! (pic)
Decided to hit the Clackamas this morning with my Dad. We hit some of our favorite holes and were able to find a couple fish. Only one was a keeper:
We saw a couple more caught and heard of even more caught today and yesterday
We caught our fish today backtrolling plugs and Diver and Bait.

Re: Clack. Steelies are finally here! (pic)
I love fishing the coast for those steelies but really enjoy the Clack for it's proximity to town and good numbers of fish.No matter how crowded the river gets there are always fish to be had that have not seen an offering all day.Might have to give it a drift this weekend .

ORoutdoorsman; I was fishing below Barton today.
Tacklebuster; Nope, really don't taste like Coho, but that little buck cut just as red as a Ocean Coho. Definately isn't as warm as Ocean Coho Season

Yes, please leave the coast, so I can fish without the crowds.
Wait, please leave the Clackamas, so I can fish without the crowds.
Wait, stay home so I can fish by myself.
Wishful thinking!
Great Pics!
