Hello again,
Went one for one at MP26 this morning. Spunky hatchery hen about 10 pounds. She breached about 8 times, what fun!
GEAR:8lbs main, 8lbs leader, number 4 hook, small pink pearl corkie, small tuft of hot pink and white yarn and of coarse Mike's Anise Oil.

P.S. Her fins were covered with black worms...they looked like leaches. She was still pretty bright...Does anyone know what these things are?

they are in fact leeches.. the really fresh sw washington cohos have them behind their pec fins. not something you want down your swim trunks.. :grin:

Those small leaches are common on fish that have been in fresh water. They are usually around the fins.

They aren't to be confused with the grey sea lice found near the annal fin.
