Default EFL Report

Fished the upper end of the East fork of the Lewis around Lewisville park. Decided to plunk instead of bobber and jig fish today... good decision? I think not. Would have been a better jig day, but no one was catching any fish up or down from us, no boats, jiggers, spinners, or plunkers. Tough day on the water, I'll try jigs and plunking again tomorrow. Tight Lines and Happy Holidays to all.

Thanks for the report....
I was plannin on headin up to Lewisville after work today....but think I'll try elsewhere now!

Saw 3 landed on the lower lewis sunday morning, all by bankies....2 about 6lb, and one that had to be over 12. Was the first time I ever considered beachin the boat and bankin it. Didn't do it though, and the result was ZERO fish for us.

Pretty slim pickings right now on the EFL. We floated from Day Break down yesterday and between 3 of us only hooked two and landed one. Hope those fish show up soon. Thanks for the report.

<font size="2" face="verdana, arial, helvetica">Man, what you call "slim pickings" I would call a GREAT day!! I have yet to hook anything but an old summer run.

Kook,
Keep at it. The fish are there. Just gotta coax them to bite. I was up there on Sunday and went 1 for 2 on winters.

This rain coming hopefully will help the fish coming and the fish hooking.
