Cooking kills the bacteria, but doesnt remove the toxins they might create.

does fresh steelhead stay good for in the refrigerator? 5 days, 7 days, 10 days?

I would not go past 3-4 if it right out of the river. If you vacuum seal it much longer. I am parinoaid about food poisening. My sister had it yesterday.
