Default offshore

The fish and wildlife commission passed a new party fishing law today. Details are in the paper in the morning, but basically, in the ocean AND buoy 10, anglers who catch their limits can't keep fish but can leave lines in the water for others.
Also a three-fish limit (only one chinook) at Buoy 10 starting Aug. 16...Two up until then...fin-clipped coho, etc...Tillamook bubble open continuously through Nov. 15, but only fin-clipped chinook until Aug. 1...
