MrDorkFish,
Taking the same thing. It's interesting how all our families and friends expect us to bring the smoked fish. Sometimes I don't think that they appreciate all that goes into it. But, it does bring delight to the heart when they go, "yyuuummmm, that's sooooooo goood!"

Louis all you need is the Crab legs and you would have meal fit for a king . I am sure glad you have a bigger boat with a extra seat for Springers this year .
Did you get you old boat sold ?

Have a great Christmas

I'm bringing fresh smoked winter steelhead caught this past Saturday to the big christmas eve party with the family . Oh how they dance for the smoked goodies - candy for the adults - just to darn good for the kiddies.

You know how as we get older, it's harder and harder to buy gifts for each other. This year my sister (who has move TO ca.) will be getting :
vac packed fresh chinook
vac packed smoked chinook
home canned tuna
and about 15# of beef jerky that I made last week
I'm certain that she will enjoy it more than anything I could have purchased.
