Default EF Lewis Steel (pic)

I took a quick trip up to my favorite hole on the EF Lewis this morning before all of my company starts to show. Water was about perfect today. I managed to go 1 for 2 in about 4 hours. Both on pink corky/yarn with secret scent (craw anise). Long line release on the first. Here is the second.

We floated it yesterday and had first shot at 3/4 of the holes all the way down from Day break. There were 3 of us fishing and only manage 2 hook ups and one landed. Did not talk to any other boats or bankies that had anything. I'd consider the fishing poor to fair at best. I'm hoping they'll show soon but I'm starting to get a little worried. With all the high water we've had and excellent conditions this past week it should be considerably better. I'd say you got pretty darn lucky hooking two.
