Santiam last Saturday

This might be a little late, I'm sorry but fished all day Sunday also.
VANDAL was nice enought to take me along. We drifted with about 35 other boats to learn the Stayton to Greens Bridge run with the local chapter of the N.W. Steelheaders. What a great turn out and what a bunch of nice people. Huge thanks to Bill Saunderson(sp?). He knows every rock by name. Craig was able to row me over 1 nice winter nate and two other serious take downs I couldn't get to stick. Thanks Craig.
Sunday UNREEL and I went to the head of the MC. Donny had three serious take downs but no takers and I didn't even have a sniff. Saw lots of fish catchin all around us but just not our day.
Tomarrow UNREEL and I are heading back to Freds early for 2-3 days. Look for us. Donny's boat says UNREEL right on the side. We will be staying in his camper at Freds. Stop by for a brew and a story.

Saw you there with Craig. I was trying to get him to take me, but I already had two other guys in my boat. Yes it was a good trip, one that I want to do again.

I want to get with you and Unreel, and get some serious springer lessons. If I could get free Friday, will you guys still be there, and would you have room? I should be able to firm that up tomorrow. If not, perhaps, I could bring my boat and a friend and follow you guys. I will touch bases with you tomorrow PM
