Default hard won limit

Fished a certain lower columbia tributary both Saturday and Sunday

Saturday my buddy got a hatchery 6-7lb hen on a pink jig. Covered a lot of water to find one fish
Sunday same river but fishing alone I got two on eggs. fished hard all day and got both fish late in the day on eggs. one buch one hen both 6-7lb cookie cutter brats. The buck i missed on the first bite but as bucks often do hit again on the retrieve of the second cast.
Heard of a few other fish caught. One guy said he got a 14 lb native.

I should also say that fishing pressure was fairly heavy and I didn't hook fish until I found water that wasn't getting hammered. Getting away from the crowds was definetly they key
