Default Astoria Sturgeon fishing Question?

Well, my spring brake is coming up and well the Church hole down by Astoria is looking like where I wanna spend a day. Now they say sturgeon fishing is closed from Bonneville dam on down to the wandia (what the name again?) power lines? Were are these power lines? And is Astoria open to keep Sturgeon?

Thanks

It is spelled Wauna, and yes Astoria is below this. Sure you don't want to get in on the limited Springer action? It is a little closer to home

Wauna is across the river from Cathlamet.

kingfisher85, the wauna powerlines run from just below Cathlamet on our side and the Wauna papermill which is on the Oregon side. So, there lots of river to fish between the mouth and the deadline. Good Luck.
