Default Sixes report 12-18-03

Well now.....Sunny, gorgeous, water flow at 4.9, color perfect. Lots of boats, but fishing was slow as most of the fish had already moved up river. I took my 19 year old U of O feisty daughter....thought she would go nuts without a cell phone and Instant messenger, but she caught a 20# buck on a kwickfish to top off the morning. No bites for a few hours, but a glorious day that was condusive to me and my daughter re-bonding again...just like when she was a little girl!. I then captured a 30+ chrome hen, and my daughter was delighted at the 20 minute fight that ensued....

Not a lot of fishing action, but enough for me. One of those priceless experiences that are all too rare in our hectic lives.
