Default Salmon Near Longview?

I was just wondering if anyone has been fishing near Longview in the Columbia for springers. We went out near Kalama the other day and it was slow. Just wondering if anyone has any good news. We were going to head down there tomorrow. The fish must be somewhere in the river because they sure have to go past Longview and Kalama to get to the Willamate and further. Tight Lines!

There has has been a few picked up. Bob's in Longview has a spring salmon derby going on and I was checking out the growing list yesterday. I will be out there myself on Friday.

Sounds good 93Striper. Thanx for the info! Good Luck Friday, we'll probably be out there also, but probably not in the derby. Don't know how good fishing will be after the dang nets go in.
