Default Limit of Steel 1-10-04 (Pics)

Hit the Alsea with some of TCM clan on Saturday, Water was just a touch high but that didn’t stop these two brats from getting bonked.

First one was on a double pink corky with white yarn set up. Landed another boot that took a orange yarn rag and eggs ( Amermens Steelhead FYI )didnt take him out of the water for pic sorry to all you boot pic lovers out there. Last one hit a single pink glitter corky number and some eggs.

I think I would have kept the club and thrown the thing in his left hand back. Some days its fun to watch secret hatchery holes and the groups that congregate there somedays.
Nice fish at the beginning of the post.

If you’re going to kill and eat a fish like that then my pointing out the fact that it’s a boot is the least of his worries. I guess I could see how someone may take it the wrong so I will edit the pic out as to not offend anyone else.

I'm posting this from my son's home along the Alsea. No doubt that that fish was a little on the dark side but was it really necessary to submit the guys picture for public ridicule? Some of the people in the town of Alsea didn't think so.
While it may be funny to those who don't know the guy it's not funny to those who do so how about a little sensitivity here?
Thanks

Better check out the story on Crabbaits fish.

I heard a report of an 8 year old girl getting bonked over the head with a club and had her fish stolen on the Alsea yesterday. I guess the girl put up quite a struggle wrestling the attacker to the ground but in the end was no match for the adult male with the club in hand. What has this world come too? Do we really need a picture of ourselves on ifish so bad that we steal from a little girl? How did you get so muddy Crabbait?

Nice fish guy's. I stayed home for fear that the water was too high yesterday. Guess I should have went out.

Stew the picture was edited out two hours before you posted.

It was not my intent to badmouth anyone only to point out the fact that a fish that dark might not make the best table fair.

SKP, how 'bout an ifish Snoopy Rod Classic at the hatchery hole... after reading the post about it, I think it could only add to the circus-like atmosphere there!

Boedy, those are the darkest fenceposts I've ever seen! And I hope you released those daisys, they're nearly spitting seeds!
