Default Highlight picts from this summer, Newbie

Hi,
Thank you all for the warm welcome you have given my wife (fishin chic) on her first post.
Our trip to the famous Kenai River in Alaska was a highlight of our summer and I have to give Chris Sessions (Salmon Shark) a big thank you for putting us on top of the fish and for making sure we all had a great time. I am holding up a 46 pound hen caught on our first day fishing about an hour after my wife caught hers.
The second photo is our daughter Maria holding a Kokanee which she helped pull our of Odell lake, Oregon. The camping was dusty and noisy next to the freeway but the BBQ'ed Kokanee were delicious. I am a truly fortunate man to have a wife and daughter who love to fish as much as I do. How many women do you know who you can buy a new rod for on Valentines Day?

If you see a family of three fishing from a 17' Boston Whaler please flag us down and say "Hi".

Thanks Rodger,
Welcome to ifish.
Nice Kokanee Maria! I've got to try that kokanee fishing sometime. Any way of getting the "Reel um up boys" video on here?
Chris

Hi Salmon Shark,
Dust off your light gear and we will go after some Kokanee this spring, it's a good time.

I will send Jennie the "Reel em up boys" video and see if she can post it or create a link.

Enjoy the oysters.
