FINAL VOTE KWIKFISH: What color do you choose?
OK, it's time! I took the top three choices from last poll, and put them here.
I took the incentive to change my choice, which was third in the running, to more purple, rather than pink. I know, I don't wear purple lipstick, but some of you like the purple idea, so I added more of that, to mine.
Choose what YOU like... I love all three of them, so I don't care, at all!
Have fun! This gets ordered tomorrow, I think.. If not tomorrow, on Tuesday!

Re: FINAL VOTE KWIKFISH: What color do you choose?
Has a price been set yet?
No, it has to be talked over with Luhr Jensen.
Official number that will be produced?
Either 144, or maybe more, depending on price and cost.
First come first serve? YES. None available until the Sportsman Show. First come, first serve at the show. Left overs will be first come first serve by special order. Special consideration will be given to those that can not attend.. I think.
Limit of number that can be purchased per person? ONE.
only made available to members not lurkers?Absolutely!
Pre-orders?
None at this time.
Remember, it is a limited edition. There will be a limited edition, each year.
I may... repeat MAY start taking names before the show, and check them off at the show. I will not be taking them yet, however.

Re: FINAL VOTE KWIKFISH: What color do you choose?
Only one per person?
I was thinking of buying two or three. That way I could actually fish with one (or two) and keep one as the centerpiece for a new Ifish Kwikfish collection!

Re: FINAL VOTE KWIKFISH: What color do you choose?
Yes. They are supposed to be special.
If there is a huge outcry or something after the one each, maybe we can do a poll, and order some more, prepaid. I certainly can't afford to order them. I'm not getting the price breaks that some of the larger stores do, ya know. Now, if we could only talk one of the bigger stores into ordering them, our problems would be solved!
Right now, the rules are... one a piece. Even for me!

Yeah looks like #2 is kicking tail, but can't you purchase #1 and #2 at Joes or FMs only minus the Ifish logo? Come on black horse #3!

Re: FINAL VOTE KWIKFISH: What color do you choose?
With 6114 members by last count, many wanting more than one, they will be high demand and some will have their feelings hurt if they don't get one. If you sell to non-members at the show, no way will the members get a chance.
A suggestion- use this as your annual fundraiser for ifish. For every $30 or more contribution- 1 ifish kwikfish.
Just a thought.
BTW I voted for #2

Re: FINAL VOTE KWIKFISH: What color do you choose?
It's the number 2 fish with the hot dots in the middle lane with the early lead. Chartruese on chrome #1 fish trailing in second... Here comes the black horse purple fish in the far lane making a late surge comeback... 75 votes finished now... AND DOWN... THE STRETCH... THEY COME!

To bad the fundraiser idea won't fly. Sure would be a nice way of repaying the huge service this forum provides to all outdoors people.

Re: FINAL VOTE KWIKFISH: What color do you choose?
I had thought about that, too. (the fundraiser) However, I am not a non profit, and I think you have to be a non profit to offer something like that. I'll check into that, for sure.
At the sport show, like I said, Members must sign up with their moniker before, to buy a kwikfish from me.
I'll keep a list. You come by the booth, you get your ifish kwikfish!
Luhr Jensen has a rule that if you are not a brick and mortar store, you shouldn't sell on the internet. So, I have to not compete with their sales, out of courtesy.
This means
A) higher prices on the ifish Kwik
B) Limited quantity
C) have the bigger stores carry them
or
D)Give them only at ifish functions and for the fundraiser, (if legal).
We could also use them for an auction or two, or ifish contests.
Jen

Re: FINAL VOTE KWIKFISH: What color do you choose?
Mmm, 124 voters, 144 kwikfish for sale.

I have an idea. Voters get first shot at the kwikfish. Yea, that way I don't miss out if I don't make it to the show until Saturday.
