Default Noodle rod

I'm looking for a noodle rod that's longer than 10'6, rated 2-8lbs for summer jig fishing. I've been looking around without much luck. The funds are a little tight, I'm wanting to spend in the $50-$60 range. If anyone has seen any good deals lately please let me know.

Fishermans Marine supply may be able to help you find something within your price range.

Rainshadow has a couple that are longer than 10'-6" (actually they are 11'-6") and in a 4-8lb or 4-10lb, but I doubt you will find it for your price range.

I am sure other factories make one also but I dont know where to steer you to find it. Good luck

WW Grigg has a very nice graphite 10' 6" rod that was designed especially for tossing jigs. The rod is model #GX1006LS and rated 2 - 8 #. I did a search and found it listed at www.wwgrigg.com and look under GX graphite rods. I am not certain what store is stocking these now but hey are sure nice.

WW Grigg also makes the North by Northwest Rods.
