I have found that low slack, incoming and high slack are the best times to crab.

in netarts bay low slack and in coming on a small exchanges are good .

Default Bank crabbing tides...

I just want to confirm that the best time to snare crabs from the shore in tillimook bay is the incomming tide. I have only done it once, and it was along time ago and I cant quite remember. Thanks for any help,
