Default NF Nehalem river levels?

OK, so I'm planning a trip down the NF Nehalem and after this weekend's rain I am concerned that it will come again and I have no idea what the better river levels are. So, can anyone tell me what the recommended fishign levels are? Also, what is the best site to check the levels.

Thanks,
D.

I just base all the rivers off the Wilson. I am sure that there is a site or something that would give you the info, but I use the NWS site listed on the front of IFISH. If you call the hatchery, they have a recorded message telling you about the river, with levels and clarity and such.

If it's even in the mid 60's and dropping the night before and no/little rain is predicted, GO!.
The hatchery line is updated about 1-2 hours after you already should have been there.
Don't be chicken to fish upstream from the hatchery while high water is falling either, you can be pleasantly suprised.
Wilson is in the mid 8's right now but the NFN was fishable today and will be tomorrow.
No worries here, I'm heading East of town, heh, heh.......
